Our current Personnel are:
David Osborne is Managing Partner of the firm who advises on commercial, residential and agricultural property transactions, planning, taxation, and related matters. David previously worked as in-house Counsel in IAWS plc. David has a B.A. and L.L.B. from University College Galway, a Diploma in Arbitration from University College Dublin and a Diploma in Commercial Conveyancing from the Law Society of Ireland. John C. Healy is a Partner in Osbornes and deals with civil litigation including personal injuries and claims, commercial litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution, debt recovery, injunctive applications and judicial review. John also deals with commercial and company law matters in the firm and has considerable experience in the acquisition and disposal of private companies having previously worked in leading commercial law firms in Dublin and Sydney. John has a B.A. and L.L.B. from University College Galway and a Diploma in Arbitration from University College Dublin. He is Secretary of the Local Government Solicitors Association and is an active committee member of Naas Chamber of Commerce. He is also a member of the Irish Environmental Law Association. Conall Bergin is a Partner in Osbornes who advises in relation to commercial, residential and agricultural property transactions, wills and administration of estates. Conall also has considerable experience in the area of employment law having previously worked in this field with a leading commercial firm in Dublin. Conall has a B.A. from University College Dublin, a Diploma in Legal Studies from the Dublin Institute of Technology, a Diploma in Employment Law from University College Dublin and a Diploma in Trusts and Administration from the Law Society of Ireland. Martina Ward - Clancy is a solicitor with Osbornes having joined the firm in 2001. Martina specialises in commercial and residential property and landlord and tenant law. She also acts for local authorities on all matters relating to local authority housing. Martina has also worked in the European Commission in Directorate General XII Bruxelles. Martina qualified as a solicitor in the year 1998 having graduated from University College Dublin with an honours Bachelor of Civil Law degree (BCL) in 1994 and subsequently a Diploma in Commercial Conveyancing from the Law Society of Ireland. Lorna Duffy is an Associate Solicitor with Osbornes who advises in relation to family law matters including separation and divorce. Lorna has recently completed the required training in collaborative law and is now a member of the Association of Collaborative Lawyers. Lorna also advises on the area of compulsory purchase law and has acted for local authorities in relation to compulsory acquisition of lands on a number of motorway schemes. Lorna has a BCL from University College Cork, a Diploma in Family Law from the Law Society of Ireland and a Diploma in International Trade Law from the Waterford Institute of Technology. Niamh Keegan is a Solicitor with Osbornes who advises in relation to residential property transactions and acts for a number of property developers and local authorities on housing developments and housing estates.
